Chai Seed Breakfast Pots

Great as an alternative to breakfast, or as a snack throughout the day.

Ingredients:

 

200ml

Coconut Milk

50ml

Unsweetended Almond Milk

4 Tbsp

Chai Seeds

1 Tbsp

Maple Syrup

1 Small

Mango (cubed)

4 Tsp

Pineapple (cubed)

2 Tsp

Pumpkin Seeds

Place the coconut milk, almond milk, chai seeds and maple syrup in a bowl and whisk for 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes creamy. Cover and place in the fridge for one hour to set, stirring occasionally.

Divide the chai seed mixture from the fridge between four small glasses, at the front of your choice on top and sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds.
