Hi! My name is Wendy and I’m the One Body Pilates instructor.
I enjoyed the benefits so much that I decided to do a course to be become an instructor, so that I could share my experience and knowledge, and help your body to move and feel better.

The focus is on lengthening and strengthening muscles, core stability, balance and breathing through a set of different movements and stretches. It can be relaxing as well as uplifting.

I find Pilates really beneficial.
Wendy takes time in teaching moves and is excellent at adapting these, if necessary, due to injury or weakness.
The weekly group sessions are fun and the length of time is ideal in my opinion.

I absolutely love my Pilates class, it’s such a lovely group of people & Wendy is a brilliant instructor. She tailors the classes each week to meet everyone’s different needs.
She is kind, funny and looks after us all in such a lovely way. Pilates is the highlight of my week, it is so good for my body, allowing me to stretch and balance but also it’s good for my mind. I find that time to think of myself, my body & focus on my breathing so relaxing and mindful.
I highly recommend this class!
