I enjoyed the benefits so much that I decided to do a course to be become an instructor, so that I could share my experience and knowledge, and help your body to move and feel better.

The focus is on lengthening and strengthening muscles, core stability, balance and breathing through a set of different movements and stretches. It can be relaxing as well as uplifting.
